much of the info below is initially optional, so don't be intimidated by the long form.

think of the information below as a "business plan" for a civic startup, and think of yourself as a civic entrepreneur. ultimately, like a business, the more complete, clear, and specific the plan (both the cause and the way to address it), the more likely you can rally people to support it with money, time, expertise, materials, facilities, or other support.
