The idea is impact, multiplied: 100 youth, working on projects to impact 100 people each. Through each of their work experiences, Ashley and Rondell recognized that we might be missing the valuable perspectives of a younger generation. 100(100s) will pair youth from diverse backgrounds and give them the chance to build leadership skills and bond over a common goal. What’s the goal? That is for them to decide. Teams of ten young people will be led through a process to identify problems throughout the city, implement creative solutions, and evaluate outcomes.
